This is a clone trooper from the clone wars in Star Wars.

The clones were human cloned soldiers, cloned from a model of a bounty hunter named Jango Fett. The clones were brought to life to fight a war for the Galactic Republic, ordered to be produced by the mysterious Jedi Master Sifo-Dyas, who died in a crash before the war. The clones were far superior to the battle droids of the trade federation and won battle after battle. The clones were programmed to follow every order without question, so when Chancellor Palpatine ordered the clones to turn against their generals, they immediately did what they were ordered. A very few amount of these clones actually managed to withstand this order, called Order 66, by removing an inhibitor chip which manipulated their thoughts. One of these was clone captain CT-7567, also known as Rex, who got his inhibitor removed by former Jedi apprentice Ashoka Tano. He later helps other clones get their chip removed so they didn’t have to serve the tyrannical Empire.
