Nurse Joe: "Let's start on the patient's records, doctor. What's the first name?"

Doctor Beidleman: "Phil."

Nurse Joe: "Last name?"

Doctor Beidleman: "He doesn't have one."

Nurse Joe: "What?"

Doctor Beidleman: "I told you, he doesn't have one. His family doesn't have a last name."

Nurse Joe: "Fascinating. So, what's he here for?"

Doctor Beidleman: "Incoherent yelling, grunting, savage drooling, and crazed violence. He think's he's a moose."

Nurse Joe: "Well, he's fixed now, right?"

Doctor Beidleman: "If you can call it that, yes."

Nurse Joe: "What do you mean by that?"

Doctor Beidleman: "Well, let's just say I prodded a part of the brain that shouldn't be prodded and now he's on a unstoppable murdering spree
throughout the building. He just started on Floor 5 when I got here."

Nurse Joe: "WHAT!?!?"

Doctor Beidleman: "Hey, no big deal, Floor 5's mainly hospice people, he's giving 'em a quick way out."

Nurse Joe: "Hospice Schmospice! He's completely wiped out two floors of sick and injured people. Call the police!"

Doctor Beidleman: "Why? I managed to jab a syringe of rhinocerous tranquilizer into his jugular as he was strangling Mrs. Schnozzenbert. He should be unconscious
and back to normal by Floor 3."

Nurse Joe: "So we're gonna let him kill at least ninety-five innocent patients just like that?"

Doctor Beidleman: "That's the plan"

Nurse Joe: "You're an idiot."

Doctor Beidleman: "Your mom's an idiot."

Nurse Joe: "I'm calling the police, you quack."

Doctor Beidleman: "Fine. Isn't gonna make much of a difference, seeing that the security guys emptied all of their handgun ammunition into his skull and
it didn't do jack squat."

Phil: "BAallaAlalARghgAr!!!"

Doctor Beidleman: "Oh look, Phil found the elevators. Nurse, try calming him down with a nice song like Wish You Were Here or something."

Nurse Joe: "Are you kidding?! I'm outta here!"

Doctor Beidleman: "I'm cutting down your salary if you do."

Nurse Joe: "Screw my salary, I'm through with this!"

Doctor Beidleman: "Fine. It's your poverty."

Phil: "BaAlallaGHraghaghrGahZZZzzzzzzz...."

Doctor Beidleman: "Oh look, the tranquilizer took effect. So nurse, about your salary"

Nurse Joe: "Crap."

Sorry about my absence, skin-wise, as of late. Been doing a lot of drawing (and some skinners' block) lately,
so making skins has been low-priority. Anyhoo, this guy was a boredom breaker. I had an idea some time ago to make a skin
called Phil the Lobotomized Monkey. Unfortunately, the attempt ultimately failed and I ended up doing something else.
So I moved onto another version, moving from monkey, to cow, to strange unknown creature. In the end, I just decided
to do a pretty gruff looking human (oh, how boring humans are :P). The blood stains that I attempted to put onto his
hospital gown made the shading look pretty screwed up, so I just went with berserker-esque, rage-induced slobber.
As usual the color palette is kept on the skin file. Feel free to use it at your discretion. ;)
