This vibes, sick stuff; back of the head feels a bit underwhelming and top of the head is left practically unshaded, which is a shame, as particularly the front of the skin seems very well made. The blue shoulderpad, maybe you could try a warmer colour; just to fit the theme better too! Good work overall though, particularly the face is 'charming' in the best way!
