Jack heard a screech behind him. He turned, frightened. There was a carved pumpkin laying there. When he had passed that spot of the trail, there had been nothing. "You are mine..." A male voice whispered in his ear. He turned only to see his death. His death in the form of a faceless demon. Once Jack had been devoured, the demon walked over to the carved pumpkin. "This will serve me well," The demon said in a deep voice, as he covered his head with the pumpkin. The eyes lit up red and fangs shot out of the mouth. "Yes," The demon said, "Very well indeed."
