I don't mean to sound rude, but it's not very genuine to send the exact same thing out to literally everyone, I absolutely love getting comments on my skins (It doesn't happen nearly enough) but if you send the same message to literally everyone it tends to lose its effect y'know, and please don't take this the wrong way, i'm not having a go at you or anything but if you want a skin made for you usually it's nicer to dm someone who's requests are open instead of mass post on peoples skins

I really hope you find someone to make your doctor who skin though ^_^
