Back story
he was doing what he normaly dose selling cocaine but his goons were doing that when he was looking for advance technology better than what they have now of which he dose find and he trys to use it to kill his old nemisis steve but steve is able to defeat him by pushing him in lava what steve realised there was that he had almost killed hims so he rushed the man to the hospital where they were able to save him from dieing but needed to give him robotic limbs so now he's a cyborg but once he got home he rushed to the site with alien technology to find it still there and then he came back home with the technology and was able to build himself a light yet unbelieveably effective armour with new health readings along with a implant to his a plasma cannon to his arm and jetpack along with jet boots which can all be removed because it's his combat armour which with the alien technology has found he can teleport it to anywhere thus he was able if he thought of a specific thing it would teleport onto him and if he thought of a specific opposite thing it would teleport back to the armour stand so he is hoping to use this techonolgy to kill steve if he can find him that is.
