My best friend Snow's brother's OC!

No, his official name isn't Simba. And yes, the scarf looks like crap. 

Also, I didn't make his tail, because tails are HARD. I might try in the future

I named it Simba for 2 reasons. 1) He's a lion. 2) I wonder what my friend Snow and her brother's reaction would be
