Very few villains can actually scare Batman, but Jonathan Crane, aka the Scarecrow, has done it multiple times. Scarecrow is also capable of creating a Long Halloween. (A story he wasn't in)

Is there anyway you could fix the hat? It looks more like hair than a scarecrow hat, the rest of the skin is great though.I just want the sides of the hat to look more like it. There's a really good wizard of Oz scarecrow skin that has a pretty good hat on it that you could copy the design of. Thanks!
