3d Sea Demon with dirtied scales and moving tongue

You decide to go swimming in the ocean with some friends. You all gear up and head out. Once you get there and get into the water something seems wrong; the water is murky, and there is a strange smell in the air. You all decide to head back home, but by this time it is already too late. A monster bursts up and grabs two of your friends. It pulls them under, and then you can see blood rise up, staining the water. You panic, and try to hurry to the shore, but your leg is caught by a scaly arm and you are submerged into the water, you better hope that the Sea Demon is full after your friends...

This is a skin of a Sea Creature that I made, it has scales, teeth, horns, a moving tongue, and many other serpent like qualities, but it has the shape of a human.
