Believe me when I say this, it took me a long time to transform a sea turtle into a player. Made sure the fins were in the right direction relative to the shell.

This is the Classic Steve player model, don't use with Slim Alex.



Caution: Using this in versions older than 1.8 would remove the outer shell as older versions don't support Jacket Layers.
