As someone among the many, MANY people who got pissed off for the cancelling of Megaman Legends 3, I felt like I might as well make something related to that series, as well. So yeah... nothing special, but I think it turned out ok for what it is.

And yeah, I'd better start making some more skins that are not Megaman-related... maybe next time. XD

i dont like the floating eyes, theyre too big and creepy, its an awesome skin though
