If you don't know what a Shirime is, this is what it is:

The Shirime is an apparition that has an eyeball inside his butt. The only recorded story of this bizarre creature is; one night a lone samurai was walking the street when a he heard someone call his name, and as he turned around he saw a man undressing and then he saw a large eye inside the man’s butt. The samurai ran away screaming. If I saw a man with an eyeball inside his butt I would run away too.
