I first google a neon background oppostie of the skin color, and download it to my computer. Next, I go onto novaskin, upload the skin file, and use that neon image as a background. I then take a screenshot, and upload the screenshot onto Lunpic: Transparent background. Then click on that neon color, save the image to your computer, and upload it to tinypic~<3
