I... I can't! I'm too blinded by it's cuteness! It's so cute that it was a bit difficult for me to judge it, but here's the results, anyways:

Technique - 10/10. I's so... cute! I love how you ingeniously made Spheal's impossible ball shape into a skin so seamlessly that I can believe it's the real thing.
Quality - 10/10. I've got no problems with it, but if I had to point out something about it, I'd say the eyes could be a little darker, but that's only scraping the bottom of the barrel in terms of nick-picking.

Spheal used Cute Charm!
It's cuteness rigged the results to a perfect 10/10! :D
