In 1842 a brilliant scientist, Bartholomew Allen, was working on a new conducive solution with the goal of creating cables capable of transporting electrical energy faster when suddenly he was hit by lightning and at the same time was bathed in the conducive solution.

In 1842 a brilliant scientist, Bartholomew Allen, was working on a new conducive solution with the goal of creating cables capable of transporting electrical energy faster when suddenly he was hit by lightning and at the same time was bathed in the conducive solution.
After waking up in his Lab, he discovers that this accident has bestowed him with powers. He could run faster than any other man and he also could witness events that happened in fractions of seconds. With this new power Bartholomew decided to use this gifts for the good but he still had difficulty to control his powers and he couldn't run faster. He used his conducive solution together with chafing resistant clothing and some mechanisms and equipment he found in his laboratory to make this outfit, ideal for his new powers. After finally got his suit Bartholomew Allen started to protect his city, Central City as it's Champion.
Over the years the inhabitants of central city began to call him by a new name: The Flash!

This skin was created for the steampunk Skin Jam, based in "the flash" with a Steampunk look, hope you guys enjoy, not only the skin itself but also the story that I created for it...
But then I thought, I can make better, then I removed this skin from the JAM and I'll Add the one I'm going to release tomorrow morning...
