That's like when you use char.png, and just add a suit. I placed each and every pixel of this - I just used the main template, (but I based off pictures, did not actually use as a base) and then I shaded it. Kaboom.

No, they're allowed. I've seen a mod and a user do it. Search, "Steve" and in the "most popular" section of the skin place.
