No, the effect works, but the way the hat is sized in relation to the head means that after a certain angle threshold you see the inside of the sides of his head.

How bout you get someone else to get the skin, and look at them in SMP then youll see, YES, it does work.

are you paying attention? the viewers on PMc actually make the secondary head layer larger than it is in SMP or SSP.
point: that effect is minimized to the point where you have to be trying to see it.
