Oh. I think that is Planet Minecraft bugging out? In the still frames you should be able to see the dark elf skin.

There is no still frame and when I try to download the skin it takes me to a blank page saying File not found or inaccessible!

I just downloaded it and then also used the direct change my skin feature, and worked fine. I'm guessing that it's just a PMC glitch. Seems to be working now.
