But one thing is for certain; he is The Technowizard, a master of all 1,337 programming languages.
Nobody knows where his hideout lies, but some suggest it's in a dimension he coded on a Windows 9 PC, and that through this he can be anywhere, any time.
Wanted across the globe, rumours say that there is nothing he isn't capable of; hacking being the prime suspect, and it's said that governments worldwide aren't safe from his prowess. The last time they caught him, he needed a cyborg face replacement on his right side. He'll never make that mistake again." - Witnesses

Insane takes a lot, and it's not stylish or cool.
Insane people get put away, and are only released if they ever, ever recover.
People these days use it so fluently and then you've got people thinking, "Man, insanity is so cool, I should make my OC insane and call myself insane and crazy too."
