bring something with the move endeavor, hope it lives through whatever it throws at your endeavor user (likely photon geyser), and then use a priority move, it will be low enough from endeavor that you can KO it with a priority move, i had a swampert with endeavor and a gardevoir with shadow sneak

Also I got a level 100 shiny arceus once from a link trade with some random dude. All it costed was my level 44 Gigalith!
