The Undead Miner was once a peaceful miner than one day there was a horrible mishap with TNT and Creepers.
He was buried but he clawed his way out of the grave and now seeks revenge on creepers and trys to warn others of the dangers of TNT and if they don't listen then KA-POW he blows up all of the TNT.
(Moral of the story if someone that looks like this guy tells you not use TNT then don't !)
