This guy is more easily explained by my other skin, Meadow!
One of the last Medieval dragons who was born in 1400, sat around for 100 years (until 1500, that is) until he realized the Medieval Ages were over and the Renaissance had started, so he decided to take a little nap in an icy cave he found up in Siberia. How long did that nap last? 500 years. Over that "little" nap, his body sorta shifted into some little furry dude. If you wanna think of the "original" Vexatus, think of an Eastern Dragon and give it the same fur pallete as this.

Other facts:
- His name is Latin for "vexed." It's what everyone who saw him called him.
- He speaks mainly Latin, but knows a majority of English and a little bit of Russian (to understand people who he lives nearby, as he still part time lives in that cave, he was taught it by Meadow).
- Actually easily adapted into the 21st century (2000<)- He really likes rock music for some reason.
- He/Him, but nonbinary.
- Commonly called "V". So commonly that a lot of people don't know his real name is Vexatus.
