Skins

Do not Upload:
Skins that you did not make, or that use parts you did not make. This includes:
o Skins made by other persons
o Minecraft textures (Blocks, Steve and everything else)
o Skins/parts from sites like Skincraft, Minershoes or Novaskin
o Any other work that you did not make yourself

Recolored Skins. Don't upload multiple skins when you only recolor them. Provide alternate downloads in the description. Don't recolor a skin made by another person and upload it.
Pixel Adjustment Skins. Don't upload multiple skins when you only change a few pixels

Single-color, "flat" or random/scribble Skins
Also note that single-color skins, with just an outline and/or a few other pixels on it, still count as single-color.
Skins that have transparent parts
Nude Skins
Portrayals of offensive characters (Example: Hitler, Pedobear)

YOU ABSOLUTE IDIOT! HOW DARE YOU REPORT HIM he did not break the rules in any way you are not allowed to upload the skins twice if there are barely any changes this is a big change from an all pixely approach to a simplified skin you can't even spell same you shouldn't be accusing someone of breaking the rules if you can't even read them yourself.

I made this skin myself on skincache.com you can go check yourself... and before I accedentally uploaded it twice. and are you acusing me of stealing one of your skins and changeing it and calling it my own?? If so you can go fuck yourself. . . I made this skin myself.

No I accedentally uploaded it twice. The first time I didnt think that it actually uploaded because my browser closed out so I had no Idea but then wen I went on again after already uploading it for a second time then I realised there were two so I deleted one of them. (NO changes made at all exept in text form).
