Whiplash, aka Alexei Rayd, is a member of the Order of the Blood Moon. He is a melee mage, his weapon being a bone sickle. The blue fire wrapped around his arm is very unique, having the ability to make anything it touches unable to move. Also, rather than being hot like real fire, it is freezing cold. He has a brother named James who he refers to constantly as a creep, for good reason. He also has another "brother" named Seth who is really James' girlfriend in disguise.
