Robert Frank, aka the Whizzer, is a Golden Age Speedster in Marvel Comics Publications created by Al Avison, he acquired his speed from Mongoose blood and became a superhero, he even teamed up with Captain America and others in the All-Winners Squad, the character has been revived in the 70s however died of a heart attack while fighting an old enemy of his, Isbisa.
