Been working on this here and there over the past week, finally got the chance to finish this up now. This was requested a few times after making Protoman and Megaman and I figured why not, I even tried to make the hair and I feel that turned out fairly well.

You're improving a lot. The one thing I would do is try to make the hat layer (red) a little more spiky.

The middle of the right arm is a little wonky too.

Looking cool, the only constructive criticism I have is that you change the shadows into a dark purpleish color instead of the red.
