To change water and lava and portal, make a picture that is 16x(x), with the width being 16 of course and height being (x) (for example, 16x1024). Then name it custom_(lava/water/portal)_(flowing/still or for portal leave blank). So for example (custom_lava_flowing or custom_portal). Now just make your animation go in frames down the picture, so start by making a starting lava or water or portal texture and make slight changes to it each picture down so that eventually it looks like its moving. Hope this helps :) And if its too complicated sounding just PM me and ill make clear any questions you have. Btw very nice pack, i downloaded.
