It's a little hard to tell what some of these things are, and while its aim seems to be to add more colours these colours are unusually dull. Cobblestone and ores are very solid, as well, which is a little odd.
Also, this is listed as a 32x but seems to be a 16x.

not bad for a start, one thing about making resource packs is you can always improve them later on, as well as add in new blocks, keep it up. i reccomend workin on more block textures and adding them into pack the closer your pack is to complete the better reviews it will get and the more downloads on other thing i reccomend removing block textures that you havent changed yet from the versions you put up for download it will make downloading resource pack alot easier for others.
