how does steve for blaze work?

Use the "char.png" and rename it to "fire.png".
Head of the blaze=Head of Steve
Sticks,wich turn around of the blaze=Legs of Steve

Its also possible to make:
-Zombie blaze
-Zombiepig blaze
-Pigman blaze
-And every custom minecraft skin

i tried mixing this and your nethercraft but it didnt work so can you make one with them both and it also changes the end?
