Lots of players have an awesome custom skin in Minecraft but then we hide that cool skin underneath diamond, gold or netherrite armors.
Those vanilla armors look really nice but everyone becomes the same character. Of course it's Iconic but almost indistinguishable. Removing the armor completely seems inconvenient, I still want to be able see what armor a player (or mob) is wearing. Then again I also want to see the awesome skin a player has.With this pack the only thing you see now are the outlines of an armor piece, to be completely precise it's actually the last inner row of pixels of the vanilla armor textures that are left, but resized pixels of a x128 versions. So you keep a very thin line. After playing with it myself for a while this seems to be a perfect solution to recognize players from a distance but still being able to see what armor they wear. You can even see if someone is wearing a, let's say, pink leather armor because the coloring with dye fully functions and even the elytra has been included.
If you would like to revert one of these armors back to vanilla just delete that specific image file from the pack and you can see that nice turtle helmet again for example.
I did not test this myself but I dare to say it works with 1.15, 1.14, 1.13 and so on. If you have another version than 1.16 and have this working please leave a comment to inform other players it works.
