Ars Imperii is a Roman-themed resource pack centered on the world of the Empire.
With the focus of Roman culture and art, this pack aims to transform your Minecraft world from that of a simplistic game to one of refined creation.
The launch version of the pack includes revamped quartz, emulating the marble of Rome's peak, and a retexture of "The Thing" to that of the infamous SPQR insignia, allowing the flag of the Empire to fly proudly over your creations.

Custom Paintings
As part of this pack, I have implemented large paintings, being those of the Roman Empire. A complete list of painting dimensions and names are below.
To access the paintings, rename a glass pane to these names, followed by a number (_1, _2, _14, etc...) and place in an item frame:

Creative-Best Blocks
Whilst I intend for this pack to be completely compatible with survival, some blocks may be only fully utilisable in creative or with cheats.
All trapdoors will have powered variants, allowing for sections of existing blocks, adding detail and refinement to builds.
The list of powered trapdoors, and their corresponding textures, is as follows:

- perseus_andromeda - 6x8 / 3x4 blocks - A Roman painting of Perseus and Andromeda -Black / White Pane
- ixion - 4x4 - A Roman painting of Ixion found at the Casa Dei Vettii - Plane Pane
