Extinguished campfires now don't have the layer of ash in them, making them look better in builds where they are giving the appearance of crossed wooden bars, like rafts or pergolas or gazebos.

This only affects normal extinguished campfires, soul fire campfire continue to have ash when extinguished so that texture is still an option if wanted too.

I'm not surprised they have one too. I try to stick to vanilla-ish textures with my packs too.
with this pack mine leaves the soul campfire with ash in it when unlit so u can have both versions as options at the same time which I don't think theirs does.

interesting idea, i think i personally prefer one empty and one ash. if there's already a pack that changes the soul soil ash to soul soil it may be that just loading both this and that would achieve the desired effect (depending how they've implemented it.)
