its.. outaded. check the resource pack version before commenting please, go to the bbxfa page to see the updated version. Also, as of yet optifine hasn't updated to 1.19 and this resource pack is for 1.18.2 and you need:
-Bare Bones
-Fresh Animations
-Bare Bones X Fresh Animations

Please check the official versions before commenting in this one.

If thats the case, then you need optifine in forge's mod folder for it to work.
