Custom Entity models don't show the textures in Optifine 1.15.2pre 21

I see you're good at models. I'd like to make a request, because I've been looking for good modelers.
I'd like a mob texture pack like this image for 1.15.

I would like girl villagers, In all variants and professions, and please make the ones in the image. The short purple haired girl is the cave spider, by the way. Dolphins, tropical fish, and squids should be like mermaids with those tails. The tropical fish should be little girls, about as tall as a wolf, with the tropical tail, in a little onesie of that fish. Spiders should not have spider legs. I want the other mobs to be little girls wearing a hat of that animal, and a matching skirt, parrots would be little girls with those wings, but with arms, and parrot hats, with short skirts that match their variant.
When they dance, they should flap their arms, not their wings. Bees should be sorta like that too, but pollen would get on their skirt. Turtles should be little girls with glasses and green turtleneck sweaters, with little shells. Im not making you do this, because it involves changing models, but I'd love if you did it. By the way the little girls should be as tall as the tallest part of a wolf. I really hope you're up to this challenge. Guardians should be like mermaids with really puffy skirts with polka dots in the colors of their spikes. I know this is a lot, so if you do it, please keep me posted, maybe with images. Oh, and witches should ride brooms just above the ground, with ender pearl wands.
