Just changes some simple stuff. Nothing big. Some of the major stuff is the diamond helmets, diamond axes, beds are now blue, backround is now emerald block instead of dirt, redstone torches are better looking, but the mobs and main stuff stays the same classic awesomeness. Also check out the ZombiePig and the diamond block and the ghast!
