everything is simplistic/cartoon style and looks neon and bright. you can use this to create a bright or fun theme in a minecraft build. it makes everything look fun! all you need to do is download this with (download texturepack button) then click view in folder then unzip the files into a temporary folder in the texture pack file. (go into texture packs, right click, new folder.)
