Con+nections 1.0

A New Level of CTM

Con+nections (C+N) is an add-on for the HIDYK's REALM resource pack that adds a large number of smooth connections between blocks, making your world more detailed and natural.

In addition, some connections adapt realistically to the shape of different blocks. C+N was one of the first resource packs to utilize this feature on such a large scale. In the future, the number and variety of connections will only continue to grow!

Important

• Development of the resource pack is currently on hold: you may notice quite a few bugs or issues related to how it interacts with HIDYK's REALM, and I'm already aware of them.
  At this point, I can't say for sure what the future of this project holds
• The Continuity mod is required for this resource pack to work
• Con+nections is installed on top of HIDYK's REALM as follows:
