This datapack is a tutorial pack on how to add custom armor textures / trims for elytra coming fully in 1.21.2, this datapack only works in 24w36a+
With this you can add trims to elytra, wolf armor, horse armor. You can also add custom armors!
Note: This is mainly for a tutorial and you will need to adjust the files to how you want them, a tutorial can be found above
Command: /give @p minecraft:chainmail_chestplate[minecraft:item_model="minecraft:better_chainmail_chestplate",minecraft:equippable={asset_id:'minecraft:heavy', slot:"chest"}] 1
