This datapack is a tutorial pack on how to add custom tooltip textures coming fully in 1.21.2, this datapack only works in 24w36a+
With this you can change the texture of the background / frame of the tooltip.
Note: This is mainly for a tutorial and you will need to adjust the files to how you want them, a tutorial can be found above
Command: /give @s minecraft:acacia_boat[tooltip_style='minecraft:rainbow']
