Adds some custom splashes to the game, three themes as of now:

Duke Nukem
Team Fortress 2
I will add more later.
Instructions:
In minecraft.jar, open up the "title" folder
Then, open up one of the folders in the download, and drag the splashes.txt into the title folder.
