Just a little texture pack with some new varieties of cakes!

They're all crafted with the original crafting recipe for cake and you will randomly be given a different type. All of the cakes have an equal chance of being picked except for the birthday cake, which is slightly rarer.

Types of Cake:
  • Blueberry cake
  • Red velvet cake
  • Chocolate cake
  • Birthday cake
This pack is completely vanilla and does not require Optifine to work! Just download it, put it in your resource packs folder, and you're good to go!

The bug where the textures of the new cakes reverted back to the original texture when you start eating them has been fixed. A big thank you to oakar258 for the help!

Awesome! Can you make a texture pack consisting of differently-flavored cookies? Like double Chocolate-chip cookies, Vanilla-chip cookies, etcetera.

I really like this pack but I wish there was more different ones like strawberry, maybe even carrot or pumpkin. If you plan on updating this soon you should add a lot more cakes. Good pack nonetheless

This pack is super adorable! I have only one question with it though:
When eating the randomized cakes they snap back to the original cake texture, inside and out. Looking in the files i see that there are textures for the insides of each of the unique cakes, but it doesn't seem to be working?

I guess this is a bug report, but do you know of any potential reasons this could be?
I'm playing in 1.17.1, i had no shaders turned on, and the only mod i had on was optifine.
