DIAMOND ME!

Derpzord's Texture Pack Created By: Derpzord
Version: 2.0 - Resolution: 16 x 16

Information:
Derpzord's Texture Pack is an improved version of Minecraft's default texture pack. And if you're like me in that you can never seem to stick with another texture pack because you're too used to the default, then this one's for you. Below is a list of all the changes from the default texture pack I've made. (To see the previous version of this texture pack CLICK HERE)

Changes: (Use the images above as a visual reference)
  • Mycelium, Dirt, and Grass Blocks have had the gravel pixels removed.
  • Glass Blocks and Panes have a simpler, more transparent texture.
  • All types of Wood planks and Crafting Tables have had the random dark pixels removed.
  • Crafting Tables have a darker top.
  • Trapdoors now actually look like realistic trapdoors.
  • Made Dispensers look a little better in the front.
  • Changed all of the ores for a little more diversity.
  • Iron Block, Gold Block, and Diamond Block all look simpler and have a little shine.
  • Wool of every color now has a simpler texture.
  • Added a little decorative creeper face to beds.
  • Changed window part of wooden doors to better see through.
  • Iron doors now have bars for their window portion. (Looks more metal that way)
  • Made Torches, Redstone Torches, and Levers a little better.
  • Made Ladders simpler by removing edges.
  • Brick Blocks now look smoother and cleaner.
  • Slightly changed the coloring and texture of Cacti.
  • Melons look more realistic and delicious.

Other than that, everything else is the same as that Default texture pack we've all grown to love.
I don't think I've left anything out but if I have feel free to let me know with a comment below.
And if you like the Texture Pack, show your appreciation with a Diamond!

Additional Notes

I made a texture pack prior to this one that's considered 1.0, you can see it here:

I really like that you didn't take anything too far, at least so it seems from the screenshots. I think a lot of texture packs that try to improve upon the default pack go a bit further than they should. It is important to me that when I build, it is similar to what default texture pack users will see because they are in the majority.

EDIT: I am giving it a look right now ingame. One suggestion is to make the trap door texture closer to the original. It is a good amount different and it alters the way creations look from if you were using the default texture pack. I think it is the lack of an transparent parts to it.

EDIT #2: The windows to me seem too clean compared to the rest. I think the lack of any pixelation or anything that makes them feel 16x16 like the rest of the textures, has them seeming out of place. This could just come down to preference though.

I also see no difference in the dirt, grass, and mycelium, even though it is "100% done"
