Its high time for my next project. Of course, Albion is by no means complete right now, and I will continue working on it. But now...for some completely different...^^

I'm trying to emulate the general feel of an old amiga game called Deuteros. I enjoyed playing that a long time ago,
and always loved the way it looked. Hopefully, with a lot of work and some feedback from the community I can make it work...somehow.

The third official version is out. Remember this is a very early version still , many textures in it are still under refinement/review/construction. Also, if you like to customize the pack, please go to this page. ^^
The base pack used for placeholders is Albion. Thus, some temporary textures as placeholders are used from the following packs
rezcraft from sourscribe
Misa's realistic
copperdomebodha's sanguine
REGARDING FAIR USE AND DERIVATIVE WORKS
This project was/is/will always be an open one, so anyone wishing to share, mix or otherwise use part of its contents in his own derivative, custom or original projects is free to do so, without requiring explicit permission (that means, permission is granted de facto and a priori). The only restricting and absolute prerequisite for the above, is that you do not use content from this pack for monetizing purposes (donations, ad-links etc).
Have in mind that some of the placeholders used in this pack are not mine, so if you decide to use them in your projects it will be prudent to seek permission from the original creators.
If you do use content from this pack, please add a notification in your thread linking back to this one if you can.
Remember guys 'n' gals, all ppl that wish to give back to the community via their personal work in modding have also the obligation to BOTH safeguard the community against fraud or illicit trade actions, and help the modding community thrive in itself. Do not do to others what you don't want to happen to you, and always remember that as beauty, truth too is in the eye of the beholder. =D
Any feedback would be vastly appreciated. Regards and best wishes, Dante80...=D
1. Drop the Deuteros texture pack zip inside the texture packs folder in your minecraft bin area.
2. Download the latest Optifine or MC patcher variant and patch the game.
3. Run the MC client.
4. Go to mods/texture packs, and select the Albion pack from the list. Click done.
5. You are good to go...^^
Recommended mods
More Paintings:n See the paintings this texture pack has? Want to use all of them, not njust those that the game has as default? Go here then, I know you want nto...XD
Optifinen Patches the game, introduces mipmapping and gives a lot of buttons to npush so that you make your game as streamlined as possible.
Rei's minimap A great minimap mod, that is also beautiful to watch for a change...=D
Water Shader (alpha v3): If you want your water to look like this, then go for it. Huge immersion bonus to the game, low calories...

Regarding a lower rez variant, I have first to finish the pack in its default rez before I start another variant. Making Deuteros 64x or 32x is not an easy exercise, since each and every source block must be heavily edited to be presentable at a lower resolution. Just resizing them wont really cut it, at least with my standards that is.
Cheers...^^
these you ve been using for Deuteros V.1.34.
