ATTENTION, this is the Kenget (dark) Albion variant.
For the Kantos flavor, go here!
In the last 2 years or so (regrettably with a biggg hiatus though) I've been working on a 64X64 pack, loosely based on a 1995 RPG game called Albion. Here are some screen-shots and a couple of videos (the pack is a work in progress, the actual look might change from those)...C:
This pack consists of two different variants, one light and royal, one dark and more sinister. They respectively try to emulate two different places in the game this pack is based on, namely the Khamulon dungeon and the Dji Kantos island of peace. Future updates will try to keep this theme, and also make the two variants more distinct, and more close to the game parts they try to emulate.
Kenget Albion
Dark and sinister, this suits survival players more
Art and some alternate textures
All alternate textures are now in a separate zip so that they don't inhibit download times for both packs. If you wish to use them, you can find them here.
Of course, a lot remains to be done.
MODS THAT ARE FULLY SUPPORTED IN THIS PACK
Terrafirmacraft, always the latest build
I generally tend to support mods that I actually play ingame. If you have one you want to be supported, plz post in the thread and I'll see what I can do...^^
RECOMMENDED MODS
More Paintings: See the paintings this texture pack has? Want to use all of them, not just those that the game has as default? Go here then, I know you want to...XD
Optifine: Patches the game, introduces mipmapping and gives a lot of buttons to push so that you make your game as streamlined as possible. All HD packs benefit greatly by mipmapping, be sure to use it if you can.
Rei's minimap: A great minimap mod, that is also beautiful to watch for a change...=D
Water Shader (alpha v3): If you want your water to look like this, then go for it. Huge immersion bonus to the game, low calories...
Any and every feedback is vastly appreciated, cheers...feel free to post a comment with suggestions or criticism...^^
copperdomebodha's sanguine
Misa's realistic
aageon's bumpmaft
eldpack (for armor ingame)
Hozz' 32x32 item mix (attempt to match Doku textures)
Runesmith texture sprites
Doku's Dokucraft
Also, all props to Grugsy for the animated water and lava...^^
Installation instructios
1. Drop the Albion texture pack zip inside the texture packs folder in your minecraft bin area.
2. Download the latest MC patcher variant or Optifine and patch the game.
3. Run the MC client.
4. Go to mods/texture packs, and select the Albion pack from the list. Click done.
5. You are good to go...^^
Legal issues
This project was/is/will always be an open one, so anyone wishing to share, mix or otherwise use part of its contents in his own derivative, custom nor original projects is free to do so, without requiring explicit permission (that means, permission is granted de facto and a priori). The only restricting and absolute prerequisite for the above, is that you do not use content from this pack for monetizing purposes (donations, ad-links etc).
Have in mind that some of the placeholders used in this pack are not mine, so if you decide to use them in your projects it will be prudent to seek permission from the original creators.
If do use content from this pack, please add a notification in your thread linking back to this one if you can.

I heard it was in this pack but I can't find it! Any chance someone out there could help me locate this texture?
Thanks! :D
