ABOUT THIS ADDON:
-- Format and Min Engine Version: 1.20.50
-- Does not use experimental features.
The Doomshroom is a new Nether mob, which spawns naturally in the Warped Forest biome.
It can be lured and bred using Golden Fungi, which are crafted from any mushroom or fungus and 8 gold nuggets.
Like the Mooshroom, the Doomshroom can be milked in two different ways. Use either a bucket or an empty glass bottle; for glass bottle milking, the output depends on what item the Doomshroom has eaten most recently.
It can also be sheared, transforming it into a regular cow and dropping 5 Warped Fungi.
Unlike cows and Mooshrooms, this is a neutral mob, and will attack if provoked!
Like other Nether mobs, the Doomshroom is immune to fire and lava damage.
To install this pack, drag and drop the behavior pack into Minecraft's development_behavior_packs folder, and the resource pack into development_resource_packs. If you're not sure where to find these, there are instructions here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/minecraft/creator/documents/gettingstarted

The milking results being dependant on recent diet is a mechanic that ought be explored more often (probably more with drios than milking, but the thought remains).
So far, I've been working on the basis that the .mcmeta files for animation don't stop something from being a texture pack, but playing with the blockstate or model json files pushes a 'thing' into the datapack catagory…
Not sure how that would tanslate to BR additions….
