and goes through each phase and then releases it (no stronger than regular)

but it's charge is still awesome......

Hey i put this on my minecraft but nothings retextured. like I downloaded the bow retexture into a dragons head from www.planetminecraft.com/texture_pack/dragon-charge-bow/ and i put it into minecraft but whenever i get a bow itsjust a bow and nothing is retextured at all. Please help.
