How to install Minecraft Resource Packs

In this texture pack the only things done so far are SOME of the items and later i plan on changing the ender dragon skin to white fatalis and a lot more. I will continue this for a series to come but the textures from Defined texturepack are just place holder's i will intend to change them into something more MONSTER HUNTER
