I rendered the title with software.
The best free software you could use would be mine-imator using a specific font pack or a pack with all the letters in Minecrafts many fonts (earth, dungeons, bedrock and so on). I know you can get that pack in the forums, but that's all I can tell you, since I don't use that method to render my titles.
