This texture pack changes redstone dust to make it look more like a wire, so that it's easier to see its connections.
A 3D version is also available.
Power level indicators are also available for both 2D and 3D versions.
You can switch to a different version of redstone by going to "assets\minecraft\blockstates", and renaming the files accordingly.

This texture pack was originally a part of another texture pack I made, Caguicai (Color And GUI Consistency And Ideas).

Made it clear that you can use the 1.15 version of the pack for 1.16 and 1.17.

You can switch to a 3D version of redstone by going to "assets\minecraft\blockstates", and renaming either the redstone_wire_3d.json file or the redstone_wire_3d_power_level_indicator.json file to "redstone_wire.json", while also making sure to remove or rename the original redstone_wire.json file.

You say to switch to a different version by going to "assets\minecraft\blockstates", and renaming the files accordingly, but what exactly does this involve?

I've tried deleting the default redstone_wire.json and renaming redstone_wire_2df_power_level_indicator.json to redstone_wire.json, but this still displays the same as before doing this with no power levels.

Please can you give more detailed instructions?

I have to say, that is quite odd, as that should be exactly what you need to do to use the 2D-With-Indicators version. I'm sorry it took me a day to respond, and that I don't yet have an answer, as I am quite busy at the moment with things other than my texture packs, but I will look into this as soon as I can. Thank you!
