Ok, I downloaded it and checked it thoroughly. I think you should have modified way more than the very few things before submitting it. It's not 35% done at all - even if we take just the terrain file as the 100% that you're to reach, not mentioning the whole pack - it'd be not even 1% of it now. When i first posted my pack, the whole terrain and items files were modified.
Anyway, i think plain packs like this are great and I've been thinking about making a very very simple pack too. So yeah, keep working on it. Just watch out for making it too similar to the famous (but not very awesome) ocd pack. Also modify everything. For example good texture pack reviwers demand whole packs modified. Good luck.
